Here is how the request and provider forms use your information. This service outline is preliminary and requires policy review before public launch.
What you share
Customer forms collect contact details, location, dates, project requirements, and budget preferences. Provider forms also collect inventory, operational capabilities, and commercial preferences. Provider contact details and serial numbers are not published on reference profiles.
When online delivery is configured, submissions are sent through Resend to the RoboTasq intake inbox for review and follow-up. Cloudflare Turnstile processes verification to help protect the forms against automated submissions. A submission does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Drafts in your browser
Form progress, including entered contact and inventory details, is saved in this browser when storage is available. Drafts remain after a failed send and are cleared after successful submission. Avoid entering private details on a shared device, or clear this site’s browser data when finished. A submission reference is kept for confirmation in the current browser tab.
